*Important: 80% of the registration fee includes 0% VAT and 20% of the registration fee include 17% VAT as required by the law.
Registration fees includes:
- Participation in conference sessions
- All printed material of the conference
- Coffee breaks and lunches according to conference program
Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Covid-19 Regulations:
In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, all conference participants will have to present a Green Pass upon entry to the conference, along with an official identification (ID card, driver’s license, passport).
The presentation of the Green Pass will be done via the Ministry of Health’s application – “Ramzor”.
Unvaccinated participants entry will only be allowed upon presentation of a negative Covid-19 test, performed during 24 hours prior to the date of the conference. Funding of the test is at the expense of the participant

For your convenience, you can book your flights, along with event tickets and accommodation purchase. All in one place. Here are the available flights you will see in the orders system:
Arrival flights to Eilat - Wednesday, December 15
From Ben Gurion Airport → Eilat
Departing flights from Eilat - Thursday, December 16
From Eilat → Ben Gurion Airport
About the flights:
- The flight to Eilat takes about 40 min.
- Flights are from/to Ben Gurion Airport.
- All prices include luggage: 1 checked bag up to 20 kg.
- The official carrier of the conference is Arkia.
- Please note you will not need a printed ticket. Please ensure to bring your Valid ID/Passport.
- Please note that there is full charge upon reservation.
- If you wish to book flights on other dates or hours than offered through the online registration and booking system, please contact Arkia directly and book through them.
Flight Cancellation Policy:
Refund of payments made towards flights will be refunded if written notification reaches the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd. as follows:
- Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of reservation (unless reservation was made during the 7 days prior to the conference) – Full refund less 100 NIS handling fees.
If cancellation received 15 days or more from the date of reservation refund will be made as follows:
- Before November 23th 2021 – Full refund with deduction of NIS 100 handling fee
- From November 24th 2021 – 50% refund
- From February 7th 2021 – No refund
* Flight cancellation fees are calculated separate from registration cancellation fees and will be charged as supplement.
