16:00-17:15

led by Dr. Liad Ortar, Head of Shibolet ESG

As part of the Eilat-Eilot Conference 2023, we have organized a special side-event that will be led by Dr. Liad Ortar, Head of Shibolet ESG. The event is titled “ESG – Global Update, Local Implications” and will be a 1.5-hour workshop. The workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive global update on recent developments in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulations and standards. Specifically, we will focus on two major regulatory updates: The first is the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). These standards, known as S1 and S2, address sustainability-related risks and climate-related risks, respectively. The second update is the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). These directives play a significant role in shaping sustainability reporting practices within European & global companies

Participants can expect to gain valuable insights into the latest ESG regulations and standards, enabling them to better navigate the evolving landscape of sustainability reporting and understand its implications at a global and local level.

The hall holds up to 120 people. And because of this, participation in pre-registration (at no additional cost), here in the form below.
